There was only one good thing about this product, per my opinion, and it was the fact that it was inexpensive so tossing it out didn't make me want to cry.
So this didn't work for me for a variety of reasons...
1. I had problems taking the brush head off the Mia 2. It was to the point where I felt like it was catching on the internal pieces and I was worried it was going to be damaged.
2. The bristles seemed soft to the touch on my hand, but when used on the sensitive skin on my face it hurt, a lot. Now my face is extremely red, hypersensitive now, and I can't apply my Retinol cream to ensure I didn't have a painful reaction. I recently reviewed another generic alternative and had no negative reaction to that one, nor does the brand name brush bother my skin.
3. Packaging is poor. It's just a bland white box with the brand name on it. The cardboard is a sub-par quality, mine was ripped before it was even packaged. There's also no label on it saying which brush head was included in the package.
4. Bristles lose their shape after first use. Now this may not prevent the actual brush head from performing properly, but since I found the brush to be painful I won't be able to give additional feedback later on that one.
5. I had to use more face wash than normal to get it to do its job. That is just a waste, especially if you're using anything higher in cost than drugstore. Even if it's drugstore, it's a waste.
